The Anne Mayer Conference Center was completed in 1996. This facility serves as a multi-purpose building and accommodates about 150 persons. It has been used by people of all faiths and backgrounds seeking a holistic integration of body, mind and spirit as they experience God's providential care. Activities include weekend retreats for families, catechists, pastoral ministers, and various parish organizations as well as day retreats, days of reflection, workshops and seminars for many diocesan organizations, schools, churches and leadership teams.

| The Maxine and Ray Schirmer Dining Hall and administrative center is the most recent addition to OLPH. Quality meals are provided from our modern commercial kitchen and our dining room can seat 150 persons in spacious surroundings. It is an ideal setting to enjoy delicious cuisine and fellowship with old friends and new acquaintances. The room can be subdivided into three separate eating areas allowing several different groups to be served simultaneously. French doors open to a screened porch creating a comfortable, outdoor atmosphere. |

The Religious Articles Shop offers literature and other materials to nourish the spiritual life. A large selection of gift items is available. |
| Overnight accommodations are provided in four- and eight-suite villas, each with a meeting area and small kitchen. Quiet, cozy bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have a private bath and screened lanai. OLPH is a smoke-free facility and all buildings offer wheelchair accessibility. Several more villas are needed to meet the demand for greater overnight capacity and a proposed dormitory-style facility will provide accommodations for young people. |

The next building constructed will be a Chapel in the round. Located on the north side of the Lake of the Blessed Sacrament, the Chapel of St. Joseph will be the focal point of liturgy. It will be a place for quiet reflection and prayer, for developing a deeper union with God and a compassionate communion with others. |
